Now I contacted PERN representative for assistance in this issue & he forward my call to administrator who mange these resources after telling the who scenario to administrator he checks everything & told me your ID doesn’t exist our record (also check deleted ID’s). HEC representative told me to contact PERN (Pakistan Education & Research Network) which manages all these type of issues & resources on behalf of HEC. So, I contacted to my university for help & they told me to contact HEC (Higher Education Pakistan) which is my actual organization. I didn’t have any information about who is administrator. How is it possible when ID doesn't exist but system during signing it redirect me to password page? As per my knowledge during signing system check ID and password through database and if ID doesn’t exist it shows you an error “your ID doesn’t exist” I have contacted my administrator & he told me that your ID doesn't exist. Now when I'm try to reset password it says Uploaded some important data on drive but after some weeks I forget password. Signup for office 365 through student ID and I got office 365(Online version only + 1 Tb Storage). Can someone technical expert helps me to sort this problem.
